Return Policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Foothold purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Returns are accepted at any time within 15 days of receipt.
Please email cheriecatron@footholdinternational.org to initiate a return or exchange.
All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
We can ship anywhere within the continental United States and some NPO addresses.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
